SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Lumar Apparel currently ships only to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

PRODUCTION TIME

Every Lumar Apparel product is made to order. Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for production before they are shipped. Production times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Free Standard Shipping is included with eligible orders delivered within the United States.

Express Shipping may be available for an additional charge. Available methods, prices, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Delivery estimates shown at checkout include available production and shipping information. They are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, address problems, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

TRACKING

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking record.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Products may be fulfilled or shipped separately. If an order contains multiple items, they may arrive in different packages or on different dates. Separate packages do not create additional standard shipping charges for the customer.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you discover an error. Address changes are not guaranteed after production or shipment begins.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking has not updated or the package has not arrived, contact us at lumarmusicofficial@gmail.com. Claims for packages believed to be lost must be reported no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
